To Use: To insure you are not allergic, first apply to one eyelash, top and bottom, for 3 consecutive nights before both. Dispense ONE drop into glass cup and apply to outside of lash line, starting in the middle working to corners of lash line. 

Apply to eyebrows where hair is lacking first. You will reach your best possible results in 6-8 weeks. 

Then you can back down to every other night applications.
